In order to create a seamless IUI service for the NYC community, I have partnered with Chloë Lubell of Cosmos Midwifery to create the IUI Collective. The Collective is made up of me (Shira), Chloë, and a number of back-up midwives to provide IUIs 24/7 throughout the year. We perform intrauterine insemination (IUI) either in the comfort of your own home or in my cozy home office, giving you the opportunity to calm your mind and body both before and after the procedure, which has been proven to enhance the probability of conception.

As noted above, IUIs are available in my home office in Clinton Hill or in your home within the bounds of THIS map. Outside of the blue, purple, or yellow zones, we are unfortunately unable to travel to your home.

The Initial Preconception Care Visit is a required first step to working together for IUIs. We will take a full health history, review any blood work you may have, discuss how to identify your fertile window, make recommendations to support your body, create an individualized fertility enhancement plan, and review logistics on working together in this process. You will then have access to Frida Care for 3 months following this visit in which I will answer any questions you may have and review your charts and any other subsequent information you send me. If you would like to continue to work together after the 3 month period has concluded and we have not yet initiated IUIs together, then there will be a $200 fee for another 3 months of preconception care….and on and on like that!

*At this time, we are unable to commit to performing at-home IUIs with fresh sperm due to scheduling conflicts with our day jobs and the available hours for sperm washing hours at the lab. Cancellation Policy

We understand that signs of ovulation are not always exact and that you may need to shift your appointment time. However, if you decide not to use our services within 24 hours of a confirmed appointment time (including preconception consultations), we will charge a $50 cancellation fee
