Gynecological Services

Gynecological services provided in your home including:

pap smears; testing for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs); routine bloodwork; annual exams; birth control prescription and management; insertion of IUDs; treatment of vaginitis (i.e. yeast infection, bacterial vaginitis); treatment of Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs)

GYN SERVICES AND FEES:

Annual Exams include full health history, pap smears, routine STI testing, breast exam, birth control initiation or monitoring, and answering your specific gynecological questions

Problem Visits include assessment, diagnosis and treatment of your acute gynecological issue

Insertion of IUD is a sterile procedure that will be performed in your own home along with a focused health history. Details regarding the acquisition of the IUD to be discussed prior to the visit

Fertility work-up and recommendations for those who are actively in the preconception phase or who are considering conceiving in the future. Visit will include blood work, a thorough health history/lifestyle review with fertility enhancement recommendations, charting education, and options counseling

Annual Exam: $200
Problem Visit: $100
IUD Insertion: $200
